PUBG MOBILE INDIA: As the most popular most popular battle royal game Pubg mobile was recently banned in india on 2 September 2020 including 117 other chinese applications under the Section 69A of Information Technology Act, due to user's privacy related issues, it was blammed by the ministry of IT that, these applications are collecting the unnecessary data of users. After that Pubg had changed its privacy policy for Indian Users but the ban was still continued...

In addition to that, the company also revealed plans to provide a secure and healthy gameplay environment alongside $100 million USD worth of investment to cultivate local video game, e-sports, entertainment and IT industries.

PUBG Corporation said in a statement, “With privacy and security of Indian player data being a top priority for PUBG Corporation, the company will conduct regular audits and verifications on the storage systems holding Indian users’ personally identifiable information to reinforce security and ensure that their data is safely managed.”

After all it was supposed that Game will re-launch at the end of 2020 in the month of December, but it is still awaited till May 2021..

On 2nd May PUBG gives conformation hint of re-launch in INDIA by releasing trailer of 10 seconds on its official Plate-forms like Youtube channel & also maintained on its official website that we are coming soon.. now it is supposed that game will launch at the end of 'MAY'

At the time,PUBG was published in India by the China-based internet giant Tencent but After the ban, PUBG Corp,  which is a subsidiary of Krafton, severed ties with Tencent for the Indian  market.

Now, South Korea-based company Krafton is set to re-launch the PUBG Mobile game in India but with a different name. The game will be available in India as 'Battlegrounds Mobile India'. Making announcement, the company said: “Battlegrounds Mobile India will release with exclusive in-game events like outfits and features and will have its own esports  ecosystem with tournaments and leagues. The game will launch as a free-to-play experience on mobile devices.” but Krafton has not set a timeline for the launch of the new mobile multiplayer game in the country. However, it is confirmed that the company will have a pre-registration period before launch.

it is really an interesting to see how Krafton manage to get a userbase in India for the upcoming Battlegrounds Mobile India game as, after the PUBG Mobile ban in India, players, live-streamers and e-sports organizations have shifted to other  similar games such as Free Fire and Call of Duty: Mobile, Mini-craft, GTA-5...
