In my organization management is also concerned about the workers’ health and has taken the following actions on managing risk from the spread of the deadly covid-19 virus. -The Organization is ISO-45000 certified and professional and they value their moral duty of care for the employees. During the outbreak of pandemic Company has complied with the government instruction by allowing all the workers to work from home.
